The Music Group staged their version of the musical Oliver this summer to rave reviews from the critics. There was some very strong acting from the leads and enthusiastic singing and dancing from the chorus, together with some unusual special effects from the stage team.
The stage was transformed into Victorian London (Watch out Dickensworld!) and the costuming so authentic you would think real street urchins had wandered in (maybe they had!). Here are some of the highlights below:
