COVID-19 (coronavirus)  - UPDATE 

As of Friday Evening 20th March 2020 until further notice;

Following the guidance from Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales (CBCEW), also the Archdiocese of Southwark issued on 18th March 2020, the churches will be closed for public worship from Saturday 21st March 2020.   Please scroll down to find the link to the letters written by our Archbishop John Wilson and by CBCEW.

* Please note all types of gatherings (for example, prayer groups, devotional groups, catechesis sessions) in the Christchurch Parish premises (including the Parish Office and the Community Hall) are cancelled.

Please use the opportunity to pray with us through Live Streaming as we plan to celebrate the following:

 "CAFOD are offering a virtual children liturgy of the word at 10am on Sunday as a webinar."

Parents and children are encouraged to join us online for prayers and reflection on this Sunday's Gospel.  The liturgy will be led by catechists who would usually be leading children's liturgy in our parish and will be based on CAFOD children's liturgy resources.
